All access requests for shows must be submitted 48 hours prior to the event or we may not be able to ACCOMMODATE.

ACCESSIBILITY TICKETS

All shows are standing - room only, however, we do offer limited Accessibility Tickets to support guests with accessible needs.

We encourage guests to purchase these tickets if they require any of the following:

• Complimentary tickets for essential companions or carers.

• Access to a dedicated space with seating available.

• Alternate queuing options due to inability to stand for a long period of time.

  Our Accessibility tickets include:

• 1 x companion ticket

• 1 x seat in our access area

• Aid on entrance / queuing

Once an accessibility ticket has been purchased, please fill in the Accessibility form and a member of our team will be in touch to arrange the required support. To qualify, you will need to provide evidence that the support required is substantial, significant, or frequent and directly related to your disability.

Once our accessibility is sold out, we unfortunately can't accept anymore seated / companion access requests. This is non-discriminatory and is in order to keep in line with our health and safety and fire regulations.

ENTRANCE & ACCESS 

The entrance to Jacaranda Records is raised by 2 steps.  The ground floor of the store is fully level, though the live performance space is located in the basement and is currently only accessible via stairs with a handrail on the right-hand side. 

Unfortunately, our venue is not wheelchair accessible at this time. 

TOILETS

A step-free accessible toilet (Radar key required) is available in the live room.

STAFF ASSISTANCE

While our staff do not have formal accessibility training, they are available to assist with general support.

VISUAL ENVIRONMENT

Please be aware that the live room is kept very dark during performances, which may impact visibility.

AUDIO SUPPORT

We are unable to provide sign language interpretation or audio translation for deaf or hard-of-hearing guests. If you require ear protection, please bring your own.

ASSISTANCE DOGS

Certified assistance dogs are welcome. Please provide official documentation verifying the dog's training to support you in event environments. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
