What should I do if I have not received my order?

If your order has not arrived or you do not see additional movement in your tracking information after 30 days, please contact info@jacarandarecords.com If you fail to contact us within 90 days, we will be unable to file a missing package claim or offer a replacement.

Are all sales final?

Yes.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders can take up to 7 business days to process before being shipped out, but typically shipments will go out within 3 business days. Please refer to your tracking number to see when your package will arrive.

Can I add an item to my order?

You can easily add new items to your cart during the shopping process. If you decide to order another item after you have completed the checkout procedure you'll need to place an additional order.

Why is my shipping method not available?

If you receive a prompt at checkout stating "shipping method unavailable," it is most likely due to an item in your cart that cannot be shipped to the country in which you live. Please contact info@jacarandarecords.co.uk to verify.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are on a case by case basis. Orders can not be cancelled if they have already been shipped.

Can I change my shipping address?

In most instances, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we are able to update your shipping address. Jacaranda Records is not responsible for lost packages when the customer has input the wrong shipping address.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-ordered items do not ship until the sale date listed on the product page. Any items placed in an order with a pre-ordered item will be held until the sale date of the pre-ordered item.

Where is my event ticket?

All our tickets are digital. You will be emailed them prior to an event.

Can I exchange or receive a refund for my event ticket?

No. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted.
